    Steep 1 teaspoon tea & boil for 2-3 minutes on low flame ​

Sweet & Spicy Panacotta

  • Bloom some agar agar in water
  • Brew a cup of Kolkata Street Chai
  • Add some cream and let it simmer. Mix the agar agar concoction in it.
  • Strain it. Pour it into your mould & let it cool.
  • Serve it chilled

Spiced Chai Banana Bread

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt and ground Masala Chai
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
  • Let cool before slicing

  • Whisk matcha powder with a small amount of milk to form a smooth paste.
  • In a saucepan, add cream, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the matcha paste and vanilla.
  • Let the mixture cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Freeze until firm and serve!

Very much satisfied with the flavour. Only the drawback is, it's giving intense colour. I hope this brand didn't add any colour. It's Tata, that's why I am using without any doubt
