Step 1Bring water to boil and turn the flame off -
Step 2Add 1 teaspoon of black tea and brew for 2-3 minutes to achieve perfect strength -

(Kolkata Street Chai)
Sweet & Spicy Panacotta
- Bloom some agar agar in water
- Brew a cup of Kolkata Street Chai
- Add some cream and let it simmer. Mix the agar agar concoction in it.
- Strain it. Pour it into your mould & let it cool.
- Serve it chilled
(Spiced Chai)
Spiced Chai Banana Bread
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt and ground Masala Chai
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
- Let cool before slicing
(Matcha Green Tea)
Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream
- Whisk matcha powder with a small amount of milk to form a smooth paste.
- In a saucepan, add cream, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and whisk in the matcha paste and vanilla.
- Let the mixture cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Freeze until firm and serve!
