    Bring water to pre-boil and turn the flame off

    Add 1 teaspoon of green tea and brew for 1-2 minutes to achieve perfect strength

    Take 150ml water and bring to boil at 90-95°C

    Pour the water into a cup and place the tea bag. Steep for 3-4 minutes

Sweet & Spicy Panacotta

  • Bloom some agar agar in water
  • Brew a cup of Kolkata Street Chai
  • Add some cream and let it simmer. Mix the agar agar concoction in it.
  • Strain it. Pour it into your mould & let it cool.
  • Serve it chilled

Spiced Chai Banana Bread

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt and ground Masala Chai
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
  • Let cool before slicing

  • Whisk matcha powder with a small amount of milk to form a smooth paste.
  • In a saucepan, add cream, milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves (do not boil).

  • Let the mixture cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Freeze until firm and serve!
