While the name suggests a simple cup of the heartland favourite, this Masala chai is a lot more. From the land of the famous one - horned Rhino in the great plains of Assam, comes the Assam Masala Tea - strong, bold, rich and earthy. A warm aromatic blend of a Assam tea with spices like cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, pepper and clove - to give you a taste that will linger on long after the tea is over.

Method of Preparation
Bring a mix of water and milk in the ratio 70:30 to boil
Steep 1 tsp of Masala Chai and boil for 2-3 minutes on low flame
Tastes best with sugar

Assam, other than being the single largest tea growing region in the world is also special because it is home to the One-Horned Rhino (or “Indian rhino”. Thanks to strict protection by government authorities in India and Nepal, its population has rebounded from fewer than 100 individuals to more than 3,600 today.
