Method of Preparation

Bring water to boil at 90℃.
Put 1 and a half tsp of Assam Oolong in a teapot, pour water and let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
Strain into a cup and enjoy.

Assam, other than being the single largest tea growing region in the world is also special because it is home to the One-Horned Rhino (or “Indian rhino”.
